Text messaging is one of the most popular ways to communicate with our loved ones nowadays. Through the cellular phone technology, we are able to exchange thoughts, sweet text messages and quotes and even personal text messages with various people, virtually all around the world at anytime. Some of them communicate with other people without knowing their personality and appearance with each other, that’s what we called “Textmate”. It is different in texting to your friends, relatives, girlfriend/boyfriend, and etc. because textmate is someone who you don’t see her/him yet.
Nowadays, most of the teenagers and even adults too are addicted in textmates. Sometimes, the cellphone numbers came from the radio while they are listening to their favorite radio station because unexpectedly there are some listeners sent messages to that station, only for the reason of looking a textmate, internet also have a websites that if you want a textmate you can choose to those numbers posted on that site, and some of them got there textmate from their friends. Well, if your textmate is an opposite sex from you, of coarse you will text her/him every day and that’s the time you will know each other except the appearance.
Is it possible to fall in love through texting with your text mate? For me, I think yes! Why? because I already encountered that situation. I have a girlfriend before that I met her through text, her cp no. came from my close friend. I have no doubt to court her at that time because as my friend said that girl is beautiful and I knew that my friend won’t lie to me so that I continued courting her until she answered me a big “YES” through texting. I fell in love with her because she’s very understanding and sweet. When we already met in person, we continued our relationship. But, after several months we broke-up and that’s so sad. As of now, I already moved-on. Sometimes the cards we are dealt are not always fair. However we must keep smiling & moving on. The importance of having a textmate, is you have a friend to talk to, not just once a week but always as long as you know the limitations out there.
